e-Tracking in Adviser Office enables you to track the status and progress of your client new business applications once they have been submitted to the provider, removing the need for time consuming administration and ensuring your client reviews are as accurate as possible. The status data is sent (free of charge) for all applications submitted to a specific provider.
e-Tracking will automatically request new messages and download these into Adviser Office which will then check to see if it can identify the client and plan from the information contained in the message. Any matches will automatically be attached to the client record in Adviser Office, but for any plans which can’t be identified a list of exceptions can be built allowing you to manually link these to client plans.
